Fashion TV India Private Limited collaborates with aspiring entrepreneurs to launch multiple businesses across various fields through franchising, licensing, events, media, concepts, and city partnerships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Litigation Management- Handle various types of litigation related to collection and recovery matters, ensuring timely and effective resolutions for and against the company.
- Coordination with External Counsel- Collaborate with external lawyers for litigation cases, ensuring legal strategies align with company objectives.
- Legal Documentation- Draft and review all necessary legal documents related to collections, including pleadings, notices, and correspondence.
- MIS Reporting- Maintain and report on litigation Management Information Systems (MIS) to provide insights into ongoing cases and recovery statuses.
- Advisory Role- Provide legal advice and opinions on collection and recovery matters to senior management, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Liaison with Authorities- Coordinate and liaise with labor and government authorities to manage legal submissions and responses.
- Legal Research- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and ensure informed decision-making.
- Confidentiality Management- Exercise sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information related to litigation and recovery processes.
- Collaboration- Work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, contributing to business-friendly solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
Full-time degree in Law with a minimum of post-qualification experience in litigation, specifically in collection and recovery matters.
Functional and Behavioral Requirements:
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven corporate awareness and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse and multicultural backgrounds.
