Job Description :

The Talent Acquisition Specialist - Events Media will be responsible for the recruitment of top-tier professionals within the events, media, and entertainment industries. This role will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring that Fashion TV attracts the best candidates to support our strategic initiatives in events and media. If you have experience in event planning, media operations, or entertainment recruitment, and are passionate about working in a creative and fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment for events and media positions at Fashion TV, covering a broad range of roles, including event management, media planning, broadcast operations, and creative positions.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, such as social media, industry-specific platforms, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and establish timelines for the hiring process.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and evaluate cultural fit to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs in the events and media sectors.
Partner with the marketing and communications teams to promote Fashion TV as an employer of choice within the events and media industries.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, freelancers, and other external partners to assist with sourcing and filling specialized roles.
Stay updated on trends and best practices in the events and media industries to ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with market demands.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.
Enhance the overall candidate experience and ensure alignment with Fashion TV s brand and culture.

Qualifications :

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on events and media recruitment.
In-depth knowledge of the events, media, and entertainment industries, including key roles, trends, and skill sets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers across all levels.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with teams across different departments.
A passion for recruitment and the entertainment industry, with a focus on identifying and attracting high-performing talent.
