We are seeking a talented Senior Backend Developer to design and implement the server-side logic that powers our advanced agricultural technology platform. You will work closely with the founding team to ensure seamless data interchange and scalability while contributing to innovative solutions that enhance agricultural efficiency.
- Develop and maintain server-side logic for the AgriTech platform.
- Define and optimize central databases for performance and responsiveness.
- Implement REST and GraphQL APIs for efficient data exchange.
- Build robust backend solutions using Python, JavaScript (Node, Express), and MongoDB.
- Ensure accessibility and security compliance in all backend processes.
- Manage user authentication and authorization across multiple systems.
- Integrate data from various sources into a cohesive backend system.
- Oversee hosting environments, database administration, and scalability.
- Set up and manage backups to safeguard critical data.
- Design and implement database schemas aligned with business needs.
- Create and maintain automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Utilize code versioning tools like Git, BitBucket, and AWS.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Design and implement low-latency, high-frequency APIs.
