Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on garments to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Inspect fabrics, trims, stitching, and other components for defects or irregularities.
• Identify and report quality issues to the relevant teams for corrective action.
• Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality assessment results.
• Perform final quality inspections for ladies' ethnic/Indian wear before packing.
• Ensure adherence to domestic market standards, particularly for suits, kurtis, and similar apparel.
• Oversee stock management, including hands-on stock counting and stock audits within the garment industry.
