Production Operator

Farbe Firma is looking for Production Operator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Equipment Operation: Operating machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to facilitate the manufacturing process

Process Monitoring: Monitoring equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and adjusting settings as needed to maintain production efficiency

Quality Control: Inspecting finished products for quality defects and inconsistencies, adhering to quality standards and making adjustments to rectify issues

Maintenance Tasks: Conducting routine maintenance checks on machinery, performing minor repairs, and reporting major issues to maintenance teams

Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a safe working environment

Documentation: Recording production data, equipment performance, and any issues encountered during the production process

Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent: Some roles may require technical certifications or vocational training in machine operation or manufacturing processes

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of machinery operation and familiarity with manufacturing processes

Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on tasks, detect flaws in products, and maintain accuracy in production processes
