Falabella India - IT Support Engineer - System Administration (2-6 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :

- Provide an exceptional customer support experience as the SPOC for internal IT, assisting with issues such as account creation, application support, and hardware support.

- Administer, install, and support both Windows and macOS systems, including deployment and setup.

- Handle IT requests via Jira, Slack, email, and in person.

- Respond to and resolve IT support requests promptly.

- Document and maintain system administration procedures and policies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents on Windows and macOS.

- Provide support for audio/video equipment in conference rooms and during events.

- Manage IT assets.

- Handle basic networking.

- Perform basic data center management.

- This position requires working onsite for 5 days a week.

- Experience supporting 500+ users in a MNC.

- Expertise in root cause analysis and incident resolution.

- Experience with audio/video conferencing systems (e.g., Cisco, Poly, Logitech).

- Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

- Strong professional attitude and time management skills.

Recommended Technical Knowledge :

- AV Support, MS Teams, Zoom, Slack, Windows/macOS, MDM (Intune, JAMF), Active Directory, Microsoft 365, JIRA & Confluence, End User Support, and ITSM.
