DEPARTMENT BRIEF

Due to our continuing growth, we are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our Data Solutions Client Services group as a Specialist.

The global Data Solutions Client Services group is responsible for the growth and support of FactSet s DataFeed products. Our aim is to streamline client s internal processes with FactSet data delivery via FTP, API or SQL/Cloud Databases.

You will be given immediate responsibility working directly with global clients to provide intelligent solutions for their queries and challenges, while developing your expertise on a range of products and processes.
