Software Engineer III (Python + Snowflake/Databricks)

Play a major role in building and enhancing existing and new environments to Data Exploration.
Work with an existing Agile team and deliver on time
Collaborate with internal groups such as Cloud Team and Standard Datafeeds
Collaborate with external vendors such as Snowflake, Citrix and Microsoft
Act as a mentor for entry level members within the group
Balance stability and innovation in operational areas related to databases, runtime, on-call support, and deployment procedures
Communicate with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges and obstacles

• Qualifications

• Candidate Should have 3+ years experience in Python application development.
• Should have work experience on Rational databases like MYSQL, PostgreSQL.
• Must have work experience in Snowflake or Databricks, first preference is Snowflake.
• Must have experience in Cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, Azure. AWS is first preference.
• Track record of success on large scale integration projects in collaboration with others Demonstrated leadership ability in projects.
• Experience with python, Powershell, and cloud based development
• Experience with Go Language is highly preferred
• Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake and Databricks is a plus
• Relational database experience with databases such as MSSQL, Postgres
• A realistic, pragmatic approach, encouraging prototyping and iterative development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills \Strong Fundamentals in Cloud based development
