Facility Executive

We are hiring for Facility Executive for Guest House.

Job Purpose: The Facility Executive for a Guest House is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and smooth operation of the guest house facilities. This role ensures a high standard of cleanliness, comfort, and safety for guests, while also overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with vendors, managing staff, and ensuring that guest requests and needs are addressed promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in facility management, preferably in hospitality or guest house operations.
• Strong understanding of building maintenance, safety protocols, and vendor management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office and other management software.

Working Conditions:

• This role may require working on weekends, holidays, and during occasional night shifts, depending on guest needs and facility operations.
