Role & responsibilities
- Managing PAN India Facilities Management - HO, Regional Offices.
- Liaisoning with Hotels and Marketing Team to ensure management of events for PAN India.
- New Office Set up for HO.
- Ensuring the Office is kept spick and span and supervising the Housekeeping. Housekeeping Service, Ensuring adequate stocking of Pantry Supplies.
- Sourcing and Stocking of adequate local stationery at best economical price.
- Taking Steps to ensure reduction of wastage in all the spheres of office operations.
- Repairs and Maintenance of Corporate Office Infrastructure
- Controlling Guest House Maintenance, Occupancy, Expense Management & Petty Cash.
- Fleet management -Maintenance, Allocation of vehicles and drivers, Insurance Renewals. Checking log reports and fuel consumption.
- Managing Centralized Contracts like Housekeeping Services, Maintenance Services, Security Services, CUG Connections.
- Liaison with local government authorities and departments
- Liaisoning with the Purchase Department for Purchases, Identifying vendors and negotiations. Completing the documentation.
- To look after AMC of all office assets.
- Oversee Travel Management
- Monitor lease agreement of all branches offices/factories across India.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Graduate with 15 years of experience in Facilities Management.
