Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to manage and enhance our social media platforms, online channels, and project portals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, creative storytelling, and data-driven strategies to boost engagement and brand visibility across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and conversions across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Online Platform Oversight:
- Manage content and updates across online platforms, ensuring branding consistency and SEO optimization.
- Regularly review website analytics and recommend strategies for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain a cohesive digital presence.
- Project Portal Management:
- Maintain and update project-specific portals with accurate and timely information.
- Act as a liaison between project teams and online platforms to ensure smooth communication and timely deliverables.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for all digital platforms.
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Campaigns & Strategy:
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid social media ads, and influencer collaborations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new tools to keep the company's digital strategy ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Proficient in digital tools such as Canva, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager & Instagram strategizing and similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
