Position Overview :


Ezone India is seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resource Manager with a minimum of three years of experience in HR management. This role is pivotal in shaping a positive workplace culture, driving talent strategies, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering employee engagement, managing HR operations, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.


Key Responsibilities :


Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit processes.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles in hiring and team-building initiatives.

Driving Organizational Values & Culture

  • Champion and embed Ezone India's core values across all HR functions, policies, and interactions.
  • Develop initiatives that align with the company's vision and mission, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
  • Work closely with leadership to uphold and reinforce a strong sense of belonging among employees.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes collaboration, well-being, and employee satisfaction.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution in alignment with company policies.
  • Organize engagement programs, team-building activities, and employee recognition initiatives.

HR Policy Development & Compliance

  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct HR audits and maintain proper documentation for all HR processes.

Performance Management & Learning & Development

  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Guide managers and team leads in handling performance-related discussions and action plans.

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Management

  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration in coordination with the finance team.
  • Review and recommend competitive compensation structures and incentives.
  • Ensure timely updates of employee benefits, insurance, and statutory compliance.

HR Data Management & Analytics

  • Maintain HR records, employee databases, and reports for decision-making.
  • Use HR analytics to track workforce trends and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Implement and optimize Zoho People (or other HR tech solutions) for attendance, leave, and HR operations.

Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Collaborate with leadership to drive HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to HR team members and support cross-functional collaborations.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and trends to enhance HR effectiveness.

Requirements :


  • Education & Certification : Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
  • Experience & Age : 3 - 6 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a dynamic environment, with age below 30 years.
  • Proactive & Innovative Mindset : Must be self-driven, creative, and bring fresh, exciting ideas for employee engagement, talent development, and organizational growth.
  • HR Expertise & Compliance : Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, recruitment, performance management, and DEI initiatives.
  • Tech & Analytical Skills : Experience with HRMS platforms (e.g., Zoho People, Keka) and ability to analyze HR trends for strategic decision-making.
  • Leadership & People-Centric Approach : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a focus on building a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
