Role Overview :

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with internal teams to promote our products and services, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management :

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various D2C channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO, PPC).

- Plan and monitor the ongoing presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

- Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to maximize ROI.

2. Content Creation & Management :

- Collaborate with content teams to create compelling blog posts, videos, infographics, and other digital assets.

- Optimize website content for SEO to increase organic traffic.

3. Analytics & Reporting :

- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

- Generate reports on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

4. SEO & SEM :

- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

- Optimize website performance to improve search engine rankings.

5. Email Marketing :

- Develop and manage email campaigns, including newsletters and automated drip sequences.

- Monitor email performance metrics and improve engagement rates.

6. Brand Management :

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice across all digital platforms.

- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).

- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.

- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
