If you are fresher than you will get alot to learn, and want only 9 hours job then best for you. Colleagues were like family, friendly environment with some happy moments.
Want long term growth then eye q is not for that, just keep working quietly and dont say anything. Some employees are working so hard but not getting anything also they are no happy here,all want to change their job. Some employees without doing any hard work gets growth here. Dont believe HR team, they are game players who can change their game anytime.
