We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist who will oversee and manage accounts payable functions, including disbursements, vendor relations, intercompany accounts, 1099 process, and reconciliations, with the goals of increasing Accounts Payable efficiency and improving AP processes. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, excellent communication skills and the willingness to work in night shifts are essential for this role. .
