Hiring For Salesforce Lead with Mulesoft

Must Have:

• Over 6 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Core, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Process Builder, and Flow.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security models, and integration patterns.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce platforms to meet business needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Salesforce.
• Proven leadership skills in managing and leading a technical team.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address and overcome technical challenges.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working in Agile teams with iterative development cycles.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Mulesoft for integrating Salesforce with other systems.
• Familiarity with Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) for building portals, websites, or customer-facing experiences.
• Certifications:
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 2
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
• 1 or more Salesforce Architect Level Certifications
