Associate Manager - Training

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Planning and execution:

• Plan and organize training workshops/Immersions basis ECHO guidelines.
• Evaluate training plans to improve effectiveness.
• Conduct in-person and virtual trainings for existing and new partners.

2. Training content and quality:

• Design and develop training / content modules and presentations.
• Drive specific improvement projects within the team.
• Review and analysis of periodic reports and metrics.

3. Drive TNA/TNI Initiatives.

4. Manage overall personnel and performance in the assigned area.

5. Provide archiving and records retention in accordance with partner/organization policies.
