Job Description
- The candidate should have hands on experience of working at customer site.
- Must be able to resolve Technical issues at Customer site in the defined target time.
- Keep the Maintenance Manager updated regarding critical issues faced by customer
- Daily / Weekly reporting to reporting manager on the progress of tasks assigned for the assigned area / customer base
- Responsible for the mechanical and electrical maintenance, operation and repair of services
- Completion of planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities for all plant and equipment
- Responsible for the day to day monitoring of controls / systems
- Follow up corrective actions and implement countermeasures to minimize reoccurrence of faults
- Responsible for all equipment and facilities breakdowns, corrective actions and counter-measures
- To be open to new ideas, understand the need for change and be willing to adapt
- Must have good knowledge maintain below MHE Equipment likes
- Reach Truck (Toyota, BT , Voltas , Godrej )
- Diesel Forklift (Toyota, Voltas, Godrej ,ACE)
- Battery Forklift (Toyota, Voltas, Godrej, ACE , CTR )
- Tow Truck, Stacker, BOPT
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Must have good knowledge of Hydraulics / Pneumatics / electrical systems.
- Providing technical support to the Maintenance Manager
- Be responsible for your personal presentation, health and physical fitness
Maintain a high level of attendance
- Take all possible steps to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
Eligibility Criteria
Education and qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
Work Experience
- At least 2-3 years experience in Maintenance.
Skills
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have Problem Solving Skills
- Must have good command over written and verbal communication
- Good in MS-Office/ (MS -Excel -must)
Working Condition:-
- Must be well aware about sourcing and maintenance of MHE s etc.
- The person should willing to work in shifts, must be willing to travel
- Must be familiar with MS Office & e-mail communication tools.
- Complete Day to day Maintenance Control.
- Must be aware about PPE s and basic HSE requirements & first aid.
