Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer with 5+ years of expertise, specializing in machine learning algorithms, data engineering, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, machine learning models, NLP, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision. Experience with GENAI tools and large language models (LLMs) is a plus. This role involves leading the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable machine learning solutions that integrate seamlessly with business systems and data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities: - Model Development: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of machine learning models, utilizing NLP techniques for tasks such as sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and language translation.
- Data Engineering G Integrations: Oversee data preprocessing and feature engineering to ensure high-quality input for machine learning Work with large datasets, ensuring scalability and efficiency in data processing pipelines. Collaborate with data engineers to integrate ML solutions into existing data infrastructure.
- Model Training and Evaluation: Lead the training, fine-tuning, and evaluation of machine learning models using state-of-the-art Implement and improve model validation and testing strategies to ensure high model performance.
- Deployment and Integration: Design and build scalable end-to-end pipelines for executing models and integrating them with other systems and Lead efforts to deploy machine learning models into production environments and work with software engineers to ensure smooth integration.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in machine learning, NLP, and related technologies. Continuously enhance skills and knowledge through training and self- directed learning.
- Machine Learning Algorithms: Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques with hands-on experience in model development and deployment.
- NLP Expertise: Expertise in NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, and Transformers, and in- depth knowledge of NLP concepts like word embeddings, attention mechanisms, and transformer architectures.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
- Data Engineering: Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large
- Model Deployment: Proven experience in deploying machine learning models into production environments and integrating them into business systems.
- Collaboration G Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and lead initiatives in a team environment.
- GENAI G LLMs: Experience with GENAI tools and large language models (LLMs).
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams of engineers in machine learning projects and initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning model development, deployment, and data engineering.
- Skills: Strong programming skills in Python and expertise in machine learning libraries such as Tensor Flow and PyTorch.
