Job Description

Role Overview:

The Manager - HRBP will play a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple regions, including India, the UK, and the US. This role emphasizes employee engagement, event management, HR operations, compliance, and administration. The position requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly adapt to diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes while driving initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and organizational compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement:

- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to promote a positive work culture.

- Organize and execute employee-centric initiatives, such as recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness programs.

- Act as a point of contact for employee feedback and concerns, ensuring they are addressed effectively.

Event Management:

- Plan and coordinate corporate events, town halls, celebrations, and CSR activities that enhance employee participation.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure events are executed seamlessly within budget and timelines.

- Evaluate the success of events and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

HR Operations:

- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and maintaining employee records.

- Drive process improvements and ensure HR systems are efficient and user-friendly.

- Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and other internal teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.

Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in India, the UK, and the US.

- Regularly update HR policies and procedures to meet regional legal and ethical standards.

- Conduct compliance audits and coordinate with legal teams for risk mitigation.

Administration:

- Manage office administration functions, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and procurement.

- Support business continuity by ensuring administrative processes run efficiently.

- Oversee workplace safety and ensure adherence to organizational policies.

Roles & Responsibilities

Required Skills:

- 7-10 years of experience in HRBP or similar roles with exposure to employee engagement, event management, HR operations, compliance, and administration.

- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. A HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.

- Familiarity with employment laws and cultural nuances in India, the UK, and the US.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in HRIS and event management tools.

- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
