Job Description
Senior UX/UI Designer (Product design, not websites)
DESIGNATION: Senior UX/UI Designer (focused on product design, not websites)
LOCATION: Noida (Initially Remote)
EXPERIENCE: 5 to 10 years
- User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user behaviour, needs, and pain points. Analyze data to inform design decisions.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes to visualize user flows and application layout.
- UI/UX Design: Design visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that align with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all user interactions.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to refine and improve designs, focusing on enhancing functionality and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is implemented effectively.
- Design System Development: Establish and maintain a design system to ensure cohesive UI/UX standards across web applications.
- Iterate Based on Feedback: Use feedback from users and team members to improve existing designs and introduce new, user-centered solutions.
- UX/UI Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Prototyping Tools: Experience with interactive prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or similar.
- Design Principles: Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- HTML/CSS Knowledge (preferred): Familiarity with HTML and CSS for better collaboration with developers.
