2) Communicating updates on status of various outsourced components to the team.
3) Discussion with vendor for catch plan in case of delays in schedules.
4) Vendor's visit and getting production streamlined in his facility to achieve target dates of dispatch.
5) Ensuring Quality of components manufactured at Vendors end.
