Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Developer with 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring system stability, and improving overall business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
• Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce by configuring user roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs and middleware tools.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices to implement new features and improvements.
• Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users within the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and data model.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
• Hands-on experience in designing custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange apps.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator, or App Builder) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
