Testing Engineering Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects and performance issues.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on software applications.
• Document and report test results, providing detailed feedback to development teams for improvements.
• Ensure adherence to software testing best practices and standards.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Electronics & Communication, or related technical fields.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Expertise in web-GUI testing.
• Strong scripting experience with Python, Shell, or TCL in a Linux/Unix environment.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with CAD/EDA software development and data analysis tools (Preferred).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Eager to explore new technologies and autonomous in problem-solving.
• Willing to share knowledge and collaborate effectively.

Domain Knowledge (Preferred):

• Exposure to Implementation Flows, Static Timing Analysis (STA), and Signoff processes.
• Experience with Jenkins CI/CD Pipelines.
