1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
1. Develop and implement zonal sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Neo and ERK battery products.
2. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
3. Ensure alignment of zonal sales activities ( East & South ) with overall business objectives.
2. Team Leadership & Management:
1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
2. Drive training and skill development initiatives for the sales team to enhance productivity.
3. Channel Development & Management:
1. Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and other channel partners.
2. Ensure effective channel management to maximize market penetration and revenue.
3. Address channel conflicts and ensure smooth operations across the zonal network.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
1. Engage with key customers and stakeholders to foster strong relationships.
2. Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
3. Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
5. Sales Reporting & Analysis:
1. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for the zone.
2. Analyze sales data to track progress and identify areas of improvement.
6. Market Expansion:
1. Identify and explore new markets within the zone for Neo and ERK battery products.
2. Drive initiatives to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
