Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training programs (process and soft skills) for Blue Collar employees.
Conduct Training for White Collar employees as and when required
Guide and contribute towards process and skill improvement training
Prepare weekly/ monthly training calendar
Ensure training data is maintained for all training activities
Customize training content as per regional needs
Monitor field performance using on the job training (OJT)
Coordinate all training activities given to him
Maintain training assets given to him.
Suggest suitable modifications to the training content to the corporate trainingteam as and when appropriate
Plan the training programs (and training calendars) in complete synch with theoperations teams for both new joiners as well as existing associates (refreshers) training assets) on time and manage them optimally
Work closely with regional Head to ensure all training needs are met.
Desired Profile:
Should have classroom training preferably from QSR, e-Commerce, retail, logistics industries
Should be comfortable with setting up a training function and giving it shape in the region it would be somewhat of a chaotic environment, so looking for someone who has seen high growth and is entrepreneurial
Experience in field training
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to work and influence with multiple Training Team members/ Stakeholders across the region and corporate
Any Learning and development related course or certification will be an added advantage.
