Executive - SCM, Kanakapura

The position is responsible for the entire GRN process, from pre-receiving activities like vendor communication and document verification to post-receiving activities like discrepancy resolution and inventory updates. Their key duties include inspecting incoming goods, accurately recording GRN data, entering information into the inventory system, resolving discrepancies with vendors, ensuring proper storage of goods, maintaining accurate records, and training warehouse staff.

• Procurement Process overview of the identified items as per the hospital requirement
• Inventory Management: Availability of stocks at stores without deviating the prices,
• Managing inventory planning and order management, realization for all supplies & services as per TAT
• Periodic Inventory check for Non-moving, slow-moving, Expiry, and Excess stock management
• AMC CMC and other service renewals
• Vendor Management & Development: Maintain good relationships with vendors/ Manufacturers
• Audit compliance
• Identify the skill competency level of the team and work for continuous resource development to pursue better career opportunities within the organization
• Good coordination with the user department within the hospital and corporate team for the Supply chain and Procurement process
• Processing Service requests and orders for utility and recurring spend
