JD :

. Responsible for the quality control functions/activities of the unit to ensure the preservation
of stored food grains.

• Monitor grain receipt, dispatch and storage operations to ensure all quality procedures are
  followed in all steps of operations.
• Conducts the lab testing of grains during grain receipt, dispatch and storage operations to
  ensure the grain quality as per the standard Specification.
• Document and report all quality control results and submit them for review.
• Conduct inspections and quality audits to ensure product and process compliance.
• Liaison to FCI Govt. offices and ensure the on-time submission of periodical reports of grain
  receipt, dispatch and storage operations as per schedule.
• Auditee for grain quality inspections & audits by FCI Officials, independent experts & auditors
  and inspections by state govt. representatives during receipt, dispatch & storage of food grains.
• Responsible for the handling and maintenance of all lab equipments and ensure the
  calibrations of equipments and machines.
• Ensure Implementation ISO standard for Food safety management systems and responsible
  for the maintenance of documents as per ISO requirements.
• Maintain QC Lab equipments & machines and manage calibration schedules.
• Responsible for carrying out the pest control management activities and ensure the planning
  and execution of Silo fumigations.

• Educational Qualifications: • BSc/MSc in Agriculture / Food
  technology / life science graduate & experience in the QA/QC department of Grain silo
  storage godowns, Food grain warehouses, Warehousing and logistics business, Food manufacturing units etc.

Experience: • 3- 6 years of working experience.
