Executive - Production DPI ( Filling and Capping )

Role & responsibilities

• Execute the activities as per plan.
• Ensure availability of status labelling at respective work place throughout all stages of manufacturing.
• To maintain discipline in the department.
• To ensure cleanliness in the area /section / department by performing area /equipment/ drain points cleaning sanitization and to ensure timely completion of related documentation of same.
• To ensure machine operations, cleaning and planned preventive maintenance are performed as instructed in respective SOPs.
• Ensure all operations are performed as per safety norms to avoid accidents in plant.
• Good Knowledge of QMS Module.
• Candidate is required to have strong hold on managing production team.
• Any other Job allocated by Immediate supervisor/ Production Head.
• Should have knowledge on DPI filling machine and activities. Experience in Romaco machine to be preferred. Should know routine SHFL trouble shoot.  (Must know Aseptic techniques, aseptic behaviour, clean room behaviour, Personal hygiene and free from any skin disease.
• Must be able to read and write the daily records.
• Must be able to read and write the daily records. Must be able to execute / open to learn for  Glove integrity testing

Skill & Qualification:- 

• Minimum: B.Sc., M.Sc., B. Pharm, or M. Pharm
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience required
• Aseptic area, vial and ampoule filling, and capping machine
• QMS compliance, clean area, GMP, GDP, regulatory knowledge, BMR, BPR, NVPC, filling of vials and ampoules
