Responsibilities :
Internal :
- Promoter & Board of Directors
- Executive Committee / Group Management Team
- HR Heads of all group companies
- Functional Heads of all group companies
- Business Talent Development Heads of all group companies
External:
- EdTech firms/Corporate training/course providers (Specially in Sales & Finance domain)
- Talent assessment centers/Employee Development Workshop providers
- HR consulting organizations/Human Capital advisory firms
- Leadership/Organizational Development firms
Key Deliverables:
- Utilize resources to assess current and prospective talent's ability to meet the needs of the business.
- Collaborate with HR Team to implement programs for senior management, middle management, and non-management.
- Capability building of all levels of workforce.
- Manage Chairman circle and Group Task Force.
- Provide development support and coaching to the leadership of the company.
- Provide a platform to encourage & support Women Leadership.
- Build systems and processes to drive talent management and workforce planning.
- Assess workforce trends and provide solutions to reduce turnover and improve engagement and bench strength across the organization.
- Lead the development of curricula for Leadership Development program(s) that are aligned with Company philosophy and values.
- Create overall strategy and roadmap to deliver on a robust learning and development agenda that is aligned with business needs.
