Job Description
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for solar plant installations.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar power plants.
- Ensure proper electrical wiring, panel connections, and safety compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the execution phase.
- Work closely with project managers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain and update documentation related to project execution.
- Train and guide junior technicians and support staff.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in executing solar projects (shop floor experience is mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in installation, wiring, and commissioning of solar plants.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and solar plant maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
