Executive Assistant

Role & responsibilities

Executive Support:

• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as required. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.

1. Office Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CEO's office, ensuring efficiency and organization.Maintain office supplies and equipment, anticipating the needs of the CEO and proactively addressing any issues.Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to gather, analyze, and interpret information relevant to business operations.Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on data analysis findings, highlighting key insights and recommendations.Support the CEO in monitoring key performance indicators and tracking progress towards strategic goals.
3. Confidentiality and Discretion:
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity. Maintain confidentiality regarding strategic initiatives, business plans, and other proprietary information.
