Executive - Accounts Receivable

Job Responsibilities: -

1. Ensuring accuracy with respect to daily cheque collections and AR accounting in customer ledger.
2. Reconciliation of Bank Account on a daily basis
3. Focus on collection of old outstanding to minimize bad debts through proper follow-ups with customers via calls as well as emails
4. Managing unmatched cash credits and debits across age buckets
5. Keep track of walking patient ledger on a weekly basis
6. Ledger statement to be sent on a fortnightly basis to the Commercial Team
7. Daily Sales Reconciliation and support at month end for Revenue Recognition
8. TDS/TCS Receivable 26 AS reconciliation
9. Provision of all the expenses (Additional Discount, Quantity Discount, and Rebate, Marketing Expense, Commission, Advertisement, Misc. offer) related to the Dealers benefit as per the agreement
10. Follow-ups for pending Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) Bank Guarantees (BG) & Fixed Deposits (FDR).
11. Perform other duties and/ or special projects as assigned

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification: - B. Com/Any graduate with M.com/Semi qualified CA/MBA

Experience: -

1. Minimum 3 + years of experience in Commercial Finance
2. Ability to handle multitasking in a demanding workload
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Experience of working with Multi-National Corporations with matrix reporting
5. Experience in resolving issues with Dealers/Customers
6. Knowledge of legal terms will be an added advantage
7. Software Knowledge: - Excellent in MS Office & Tally ERP 9, Oracle knowledge will be preferred.
