Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee the credit control process and ensuring timely payments from clients.
• Track and follow up on overdue payments, and assist in the collection process to minimize bad debts.
• Generate accurate invoices, ensuring proper documentation for payments and credit note.
• perform regular reconciliation of client accounts to ensure accuracy in payment record and resolve any discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment terms, overdue balances, and payment arrangements, maintaining a professional relationship.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 year experience in accounting or credit control in Travel company.
• Basic understanding of accounting principal and credit control process.
• Strong proficiency in Ms Office and accounting software.
