Accounts Executive

• Labor/purchase work order entry in tally system.
• Subsequent GRN against work order.
• Bill process on basis of GRN Done.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work Order Entry and Management

• Accurately enter labor and purchase work orders into the Tally ERP system.
• Maintain records of all work orders for audit and reference purposes.
• Coordinate with the procurement and operations teams to ensure work orders align with project requirements.

2. Goods Receipt Note (GRN) Processing

• Generate GRNs against work orders upon receipt of goods or services, ensuring that the details match the work order specifications.
• Verify quantities and specifications of received goods or services against the work orders and ensure accurate data entry into Tally.
• Track incomplete GRNs and follow up with vendors or relevant departments for any discrepancies.

3. Bill Processing

• Process bills based on GRNs, ensuring accuracy in quantities, rates, and other details before entry.
• Record bill details in Tally and ensure accurate entries under relevant accounts and cost centers.
• Reconcile purchase orders, GRNs, and bills to verify all records are complete and accurate.

4. Vendor Management

• Coordinate with vendors for timely submission of bills and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Ensure timely payment processing for vendors based on approved bills and GRNs.
• Maintain a systematic record of vendor transactions and reconcile monthly statements with vendor accounts.

5. Data Reconciliation and Reporting

• Reconcile purchase, inventory, and accounts data within the Tally system regularly.
• Generate reports on work order status, GRN details, and pending bills for review by the finance team.
• Provide reports and summaries to management for informed decision-making.
