Account Executive

Job Summary:

Multiple vacancies for Accountant/Accounts Executive who will be responsible to manage all activities related to business finance along with day to days accounting tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Regular booking of any expenditure/purchase as well revenue in Tally Prime Software
• Regular journal entries of any transaction.
• Updating accounts receivable and invoice processing
• Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• MIS Reporting (P&L, TB review, Cash flow, Fund flow, Revenue etc) daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly as and when required.
• Managing petty cash book, maintaining subcontractor and purchase registers.
• Coordination with Tax advisor/Auditor/banks as well other vendors & stakeholders.
  
  

Skillset Required:

• Excellent with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Hands on experience with GST Filing/ TDS Return/PF etc
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with Tally Software.
• Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of
  problem resolution

Educational Qualification & other Eligibility Criteria-

• B. Com in accounting, finance or relevant field is minimum must to have.
• Preferred candidates from Heavy Engineering industry background.
