Job Description
- Manage all aspects of the company s financial transactions, including Accounts Payable and Receivable, Bank Reconciliations including raising invoices and processing payments in a timely manner
- Handle taxation and related statutory compliance work such as Monthly TDS calculations and returns, Income Tax returns, Monthly GST calculations and returns
- Assist in calculation of Employee Provident Fund, Employee TDS calculation/ computation of salary and reimbursements
- Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports such as financial statements, profit and
- loss statements, Annual financial statements, ITR statements, Tax Audit statements and filing of different
- forms with the Income Tax department, etc. to provide insights into financial performance and support decision-making
- Oversee the overall accounting and financial processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and accounting standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and provide financial insights for strategic planning
- Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations, tax laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor and analyse financial data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement Handle any ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned
WHAT YOU RE GOOD AT:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in working with Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime to maintain financial data and generate reports as
- required
- Demonstrate expertise in using Excel to analyze financial information, create financial models, and
- present data in a clear and organized manner
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles such as Income Tax Return, TDS, and GST regulation
