Position : Account Executive

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Job Type: Full-Time

Profile of an Account Executive:Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. [Eg. Cash Book, Bank Book, Sales Register, Purchase, Register, General Ledger, etc.]
• Reconcile bank statements, Debtors and creditor accounts and ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Conduct bank transactions using net banking platforms.
• Petty cash management
• Handle vendor management and ensure timely payments while adhering to payment terms.
• Prepare export invoice, Packing list and other documents related to export, E-invoicing, E-way bill.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of GST (Goods and Services Tax) returns.
• Calculate and deduct TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per applicable rates and regulations.
• Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting purposes.
• Any other task as assigned by the management.

Educational Qualification:B.com, M.com, MBA [Finance]1-4 years experience in the manufacturing unit.

Desire Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of GST regulations and procedures.
2. Proficiency in handling TDS calculations and compliance.
3. Advanced skills in MS Excel, including formulas, functions, pivot tables, data manipulation, and Tally ERP.
4. Familiarity with net banking platforms and online financial transactions.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
7. Adaptability to changes in procedures, technologies, and regulations in the finance and accounting domain.
