Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Day to Day accounting till finalization
• Responsible to Issue Proforma Invoice and Stamp Receipts to the Customers
• Generating Sales Invoices, E-Invoice and Eway Bills
• Handling Inventory and Import Accounting
• Look after Import related transactions
• Timely TDS, GST, PT working and Payment
• Submition Stock Statement in Bank on Monthly basis
• Co-ordination with Company CA and CS for timely filling of all types of Returns
• Calculation and Payment of staff Salaries
• Clearing of Employes's Travelling Expenses
• Co-ordination with Company CA for any kind of Notice/Demand from Income Tax or GST department

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should have Email and Verbal communication knowledge.
• Candicate should have min experience of 3-5 years
• Should be handy with Tally ERP 9 and MS Office
• Manufacturing Industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of Advance Tally is must.
• He/She has experiance in handling Inventory in Tally.
• Candidate should be flexible to do all the Office related work
