Post MIS Executive (US Accounting) - Work from Office

Location –Koregaon Park Pune

Job Shift –Night Shift (7 Pm to 5 Am) – 5 Days Working

Candidates with Excellent English Communication & Handled International Clients are Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing:
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including base pay, payroll taxes, benefits, PTO, and OT hours.
• Reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with Bank statements, internal and external requirements.
• Coordinate with payroll companies for payroll set-up and updates.
• Verify government payments and tax certifications via official websites.
• Travel Desk Assistance:
• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Maintain detailed records of travel itineraries, expenses, and related documentation and verify payments.
• Assist employees with travel-related inquiries and ensure compliance with company travel policies.
• Administrative/ compliance Support:
• Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Handle registration and renewal processes with the Secretary of State and other professional licensing bodies.
• Maintain accurate records of company licenses and certifications, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with regulations.
• Business Insurance renewals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 2-4 years of experience in payroll processing and administrative roles.
• Skill in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and government websites for tax and certification verification.
