- Maintenance of Accounts payables and Accountsreceivables
- Prepares periodic (monthly) balance sheets,income statements, and profit and loss statements.
- Maintains the general ledger.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financialdata.
- Maintenance of various books of accounts,general ledgers and subsidiary ledgers like purchase, sales and assets etc.
- Performs general cost accounting and otherrelated duties in the accounting department.
- Verifies payment of invoices associated withaccounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts. Performsother related duties as assigned.
