Accounts executive

GST and TDS return preapration and filing, Accounting.
Accounting Operations: Maintain and manage financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collection and payments.
Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flow) in accordance with accounting standards.
Expense Tracking: Monitor and categorize business expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget guidelines.
Tax Compliance: Assist with tax-related matters, including GST, VAT, and other statutory filings. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
Audit Preparation: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports to auditors.
Payroll Processing: Support the payroll function, ensuring that employee salaries, taxes, and deductions are processed accurately and on time.
Vendor & Client Management: Maintain vendor and client accounts, ensuring proper documentation, invoicing, and timely payments/collections.
Month-End Closing: Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing journal entries and reviewing financial data for accuracy.
