API Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize APIs and backend systems using Python and Fast API.
• Design and document RESTful APIs using Swagger.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs with frontend applications and third-party systems.
• Leverage Azure services to design and implement scalable and secure cloud-based solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug API-related issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Write efficient and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Monitor and improve system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  

Qualifications and Skills

Essential:

• Proven expertise in Python and Fast/Flask API for API development.
• Hands-on experience with Swagger for API documentation.
• Experience on File Convert/Transfer/Storage. Hands- on Experience with Interceptor/Validator/Decorator and Any ETL Pipeliens.
• Proficiency in Azure cloud services.
  

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with the Azure Framework.
• Experience working with Postgres DB
• 5+ years of professional experience in API development and backend engineering.
