Roles and Responsibilities

- Guide clients through IPO preparation, including financial restructuring, due diligence, and regulatory approvals.

- Draft and review Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), and prospectus filings.

- Coordinate with SEBI, stock exchanges, and merchant bankers for listing approvals.

- Oversee financial modeling, valuation reports, and investor presentations.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI ICDR regulations.

- Conduct audits, reconciliations, and financial statement reviews for IPO requirements.

- Manage project timelines, ensuring smooth IPO execution and coordination with legal teams and underwriters.

- Provide advisory on corporate governance, ESOP structuring, and shareholding patterns.

Requirements

- For Chartered Accountants: Qualified CA with 3+ years of experience in IPO advisory or public listing.

- For Semi-Qualified CAs: CA Intermediate/Final with 4+ years of experience in IPO engagements.

- Proven track record of assisting companies in IPO processes in India.

- Strong understanding of SEBI guidelines, stock exchange regulations, and financial reporting standards.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in coordinating with regulatory bodies (SEBI, NSE, BSE).

- Familiarity with financial modeling and investor relations.

- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and tight deadlines.
