Associate Project Manager - On Site

Role & responsibilities:

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Responsible for project delivery on time, within scope and within budget.
• Resource availability and allocation.
• Project plan development to monitor and track project progress
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Client interaction and project communications (internal and external)

Preferred candidate profile :

• 4-5 years of relevant experience
• 3+ years work experience in IT field or IT system development projects
• Excellent knowledge of the full project management life cycle, preferably in Remote Management Services
• Ability to develop and monitor project schedules & timelines, deliver project on time and on budget
• Experience in coordinating multiple projects with competing priorities
• Experience working in a global environment, leading and collaborating with teams located in multiple geographic areas
• Strong IT skills and practical experience would be an added advantage
• Candidate should also have excellent verbal and communication skills and be able to work in a US office hours

Shift Timing -5:30 pm -2:30 am (Mon-Fri) WFO
