PHP Laravel Developer (4-6 yrs)

Job Location : Infopark, Koratty - Thrissur

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain advanced web-based PHP applications on portal and premium service platforms.

- Collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team to create innovative, state-of-the-art applications.

- Ensure consistency and validity of HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript across applications.

- Prepare, update, and maintain applications using standard development tools and practices.

- Utilize backend data services and enhance existing APIs to optimize functionality.

- Oversee the entire web application development life cycle, from conceptualization to delivery and post-launch support.

- Effectively communicate progress, challenges, evaluations, and schedules with team members and stakeholders.

- Document the development process, including architecture and standard components, for future reference.

- Coordinate with team members and keep project managers informed of development progress, acting as a bridge between technical staff and management.

- Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in PHP and Laravel development.

Requirements and Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a PHP/Laravel developer for 4+ years.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of object-oriented PHP and the Laravel 5 PHP framework.

Hands-on experience with :

- SQL schema design and query optimization.

- REST API design and integration.

- SOLID principles of software design.

- Software testing frameworks like PHPUnit, PHPSpec, and Behat.

- Proficiency in MySQL profiling and optimization techniques.

- Experience with WordPress development is a plus
