Manage a portfolio of US clients- accounting and bookkeeping work
Expert in Month-end close process including accounts finalization and reconciliations (Banks, AR, AP, Inter Company).
Ensure bookkeeping is done in accordance with accounting principles.
Taking ownership and responsibility of the allocated clients for meeting deadline and closing monitoring the progress of work.
Perform detailed review of the work performed on clients to ensure quality.
Open to execute tasks if required in order to meet deadline.
Work closely with junior team members to assist in day to day workflow.
Project management across clients in terms of timelines and deliverables including budgeted time assigned on each client tasks.
Responsible for client coordination and day to day communication.
Reporting to related account level Partner
Qualification: CA, CA (semi qualified), ACCA, CPA, CMA, MBA (Finance), M Com, B Com Experience: Min 5 years in accounting and bookkeeping with a minimum of 1 year working in a manager capacity. Client Accountant (work from office preferable)
Work closely with team members to assist with month-end close process including accounts finalization within strict deadlines.
Responsible for timely completion of work based on time assigned without compromising on the quality of work.
Ensure business transactions are recorded and financials are prepared in accordance with accounting principles and respective GAAP.
At the end, we expect the candidate will have the knowledge and exposure in day to day bookkeeping, audit and month end accounting.
We will train the person on tools like QuickBooks, Xero, Advance Flow, Caseware, Ultra Tax, Xero and Tally.
Candidate needs to be fluent in English- written and verbal.
Candidate needs to be dedicated, responsible and show interest to take ownership of tasks assigned on a daily basis.
Candidates needs to show the willingness to learn and be adaptive to our working model.
Qualification: Bachelor / Masters in Commerce preferably pursuing CPA, ACCA, CA
