Job Description

Work with IT Quality Assurance (QA) Leadership to achieve company goals
Authorship and maintenance of functional test cases
Creation, and execution of test cases
Defect Management to include defect creation, interacting with developers for clarification and resolution
Participation in full SDLC as a member of a Scrum team attending daily standups and other required meetings
Work with the Systems Analysts and Developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality interface
Assist on best practices for testing
Develop and execute test cases
Other duties as assigned

Essential functions

3-6 years Quality Assurance experience
Experience with various EDI transactions - 835,837, 834, 820, 276/277, 270/271, 999/997
Experience with EDI translator tools (Edifecs)
Experience with data loading, verifying and troubleshooting various file formats
Comfortable with SQL (SQL Server, Oracle, Access)
Basic data manipulation/creation skills
Healthcare experience - preferably TPA experience
Ability to effectively work with internal and external team members
Excellent communication skills

Mandatory skill set (Maximum 5)

S No Skills Competency level (1-5)

1 3-5 years Quality Assurance experience 5
