Job Title : Java Lead (Spring Boot, Banking Sector).

Banking Domain Mandatory.

Location : Mumbai (Belapur) / Chennai.

Work Arrangement : Complete WFO or Alternate Saturday Working.

Experience : 8+ Years.

We are looking for a Java Lead with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microsoft technologies (MS). The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the banking sector and a strong ability to lead development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions in the banking domain.

- Provide technical guidance to the team and ensure high-quality code is produced.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including testing and DevOps, to deliver optimal solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance project delivery.

Requirements :

- Experience : 8+ Years exp in which minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the banking sector.

- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.

- Experience with MS technologies (Microsoft SQL Server, Azure, etc.)

Qualifications :

- BE/BTech or MCA (Master of Computer Applications).

- Proven track record in leading projects or teams.

- Ability to work on-site full-time (Mumbai or Chennai).
