AI Research Engineer - Freshers (Male)

Blubridge is seeking passionate and talented freshers to join our AI research team. As an AI Research Engineer, you will work on developing innovative AI solutions, contribute to research projects, and write clean, efficient Python code to solve real-world problems. This role is ideal for freshers who have a strong foundation in Python and a passion for AI research. In this position, you will work with open-source models like DeepSeek R1 and Ollama to train, fine-tune, and explore their potential, enabling you to drive our research forward and contribute to groundbreaking AI projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Python-based algorithms for data processing and machine learning applications.
• Collaborate with senior researchers to design, prototype, and test new AI models and methodologies.
• Work with open-source models like DeepSeek R1, Ollama to train, fine-tune, and explore their potential.
• Analyze large datasets using Python libraries such as NumPy, and pandas to extract insights and support model development.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices; participate in code reviews and debugging sessions.
• Conduct experiments to test hypotheses, evaluate model performance, and iterate on solutions quickly.
• Gain hands-on experience by working directly on advanced hardware and server systems like H200, RTX6000 Ada etc.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI research and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Mathematics & Data science.
• Strong proficiency in Python with a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with Python libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn; basic exposure to machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Desired Skills (Optional):
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Exposure to projects involving natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
